In addition to the individual subscriptions available, VirtiaCare also offers organization-sponsored virtual care services.
If you are eligible for these services, you will receive a Welcome Email from VirtiaCare with next steps on accessing your organization-sponsored benefit.

Virtual Care is not intended for the treatment of serious emergencies. In the event of an emergency, if a VirtiaCare contracted physician is contacted, you will be directed to an emergency care facility. VirtiaCare contracts with licensed physicians for all clinical services and does not provide any medical services. VirtiaCare utilizes the MediOrbis technology platform for connecting our members to a clinical provider. Please contact a representative for additional details as needed.
